Stephanie Grimaldi
Human Resources Associate
Stephanie is a Human Resources Associate at Keystone in the Boston office, where she leads multi-regional HR onboarding and benefits administration.
Prior to joining Keystone, Stephanie spent nearly four years at Chewy. During her time there, she completed a six-month HR stretch assignment, leading cross-functional projects. Before that, in a Talent Acquisition role, she supported full-cycle recruitment by implementing scalable processes and reporting to enhance hiring effectiveness during a period of rapid growth.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys taking spin classes at her local studio and learning Italian on Duolingo.
