Santiago is an Associate in Keystone's New York office with a background in Financial Planning & Analysis, Econometrics, and Management Consulting. He began his career in the restaurant industry, first as a Finance intern at Union Square Hospitality Group — the fine-casual restaurant group behind the founding of Shake Shack — and subsequently at Founders Table Restaurant Group, a high-growth, private equity-backed fast-casual concept. Most recently, Santiago served as an Associate at Alton Aviation Consultancy, where he advised the unsecured creditors' committee in Spirit Airlines' Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Santiago graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a B.S. in Quantitative Economics and a B.A. in English Literature. His senior honors thesis, The Aesthetics and Affect of Taste, was awarded Highest Honors.

Outside of work, Santiago enjoys reading fiction and philosophy, cooking for family and friends, alpine skiing, and listening to Bach.
