Sam is an Engagement Manager in the London office, specialising in sport, media, digital markets, and telecoms. He advises clients on competition and antitrust matters, including sports arbitrations, telecoms mergers, and compliance with the EU Digital Markets Act in relation to app stores and connected TVs.
Before joining Keystone, Sam spent seven years as a competition economist at Ofcom, the UK Media and Telecoms regulator. He provided economic input on complex policy issues across a range of sectors, including fixed telecoms market reviews, online safety and digital markets.
Sam is an avid Chelsea FC fan.
