Russell Mosier

Russell joins Keystone as a Sr. Director, Product. He is a product leader with more than 13 years of experience working at Amazon, Expedia Group, and Microsoft in areas spanning customer support, risk management, remote assistance, and most recently AI agents and integrations. Earlier in his career, he worked in operations and supply chain management at McMaster-Carr and The Walt Disney Company.

He is based in Seattle with his wife, two children, and their golden retriever. Russell grew up in Northeast PA and spent time in Boston and Los Angeles before moving to WA. He is an avid Seattle sports fan, a music lover, and enjoys being outside running or biking.
