Roshni Koli

Roshni is Staff Data Scientist at Keystone’s Bangalore office, with extensive experience in designing and scaling enterprise AI and generative AI solutions across industries including manufacturing, retail, telecom, fintech, and public sector. In her most recent role as a Lead Data Scientist at Alvarez & Marsal, she led the development of agentic AI systems and multi-agent platforms, building personalized and scalable AI applications for global clients. 

Prior to this, she worked at PwC as a Senior Data Scientist, delivering predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing and retail forecasting. Earlier in her career, she gained experience at Accenture, Wipro and Iken Personics, where she built automation solutions, chatbots, and recommendation systems to drive business impact. 

Roshni is anoutdoor enthusiast who enjoys running, trekking, and cycling, Roshni isconstantly trying to strike a deal with her 8-year-old—who firmly believes theindoors is the best place to be.
