Rayan is an Associate in the New York office and joined Keystone in 2026 after graduating from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science with a degree in Financial Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. Drawn to understanding how complex systems work, Rayan developed an interest in using quantitative methods, data, and technology to analyze real-world problems and uncover insights. During his time at Columbia, Rayan served as a Course Assistant for a probability course and received the Adam J. Derman Memorial Award in recognition of superior academic achievement. Before joining Keystone, he gained experience across the finance industry, including as a Global Markets Summer Analyst at Société Générale and through a private equity internship at TriSpan.
Outside the office, Rayan is originally from Lebanon, where he grew up before moving to Paris to finish high school. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, practicing martial arts, skiing, and both watching and playing football (soccer).
