Paul Cochran

Consultant I

Paul Cochran is a Consultant I at Keystone K.ECON in our Washington, D.C., office. Prior to joining Keystone, Paul worked at another economic consulting firm, where he worked on antitrust and finance cases. Prior to that, Paul worked at the Federal Reserve Board, where he studied bank and non-bank financial intermediation. Paul has published papers covering the intermediation, regulatory constraints, and profit measures of broker-dealers. Paul has a wide breadth of experience in economic consulting across topic areas including securities and antitrust litigation, cryptocurrency, and banking. He holds a double major B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Michigan.

In his free time, Paul likes to play with his dog, watch movies, read, and travel.
