Kirti Kshirsagar
Forward Deployed Engineer
Kirti Kshirsagar is a Forward Deployed Engineer in Keystone's Boston office with the KAIML team. Prior to joining Keystone, she was an AI Engineer building generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Plainsight Technologies, where she developed solutions for real-time computer vision applications. She holds a pending U.S. patent for her work on low-resource inferencing and is particularly interested in making AI systems reliable for real-world use. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for Foundations of AI while at Northeastern University.
Outside of work, Kirti enjoys exploring new places, baking, and swimming.
