Jyoti Singhal is a Managing Technologist – Investigations Engineer at Keystone and an experienced eDiscovery professional. As a parent to two energetic boys, life is a lively mix of high-stakes investigation projects, playdates, school assignments, and decoding ever-changing social circles. After spending 14 wonderful years in Dubai, she relocated to Dallas last year and is enjoying this new chapter.

Jyoti is a Certified Relativity Master and was recently recognized as a Relativity SME, contributing to AI and other certification initiatives. She is also a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, with a strong focus on understanding the eDiscovery process end to end.

Over the years, Jyoti has worked with leading organizations including Kroll, Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA), and Deloitte, where she managed high-profile litigation and investigation matters from inception through completion, overseeing the full eDiscovery lifecycle. She has worked with regulators and law firms across multiple jurisdictions, bringing a strong understanding of data protection and compliance frameworks.
