Jacqui Lemire

Jacqui is a Senior Recruiter at Keystone. Prior to joining Keystone, she spent five years as a Massachusetts public school teacher, teaching third grade and supporting students and their families through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure every student had the resources needed to learn.

She later served as a Senior Operations Analyst focused on talent acquisition, development, and engagement. In that role, she revamped the organization's internship program, introducing greater structure and rigor, and helped improve recruitment practices through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Jacqui is also a certified Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about encouraging students and colleagues to prioritize their mental health. She believes that when people take care of themselves, they are better equipped to show up as their best selves both inside and outside of work.

Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with her family. She has completed three marathons since 2023 and recently achieved a personal best time of 3:42.
