Francesca is an Engagement Manager in the London office.
At Keystone, she specialises in competition and regulatory matters involving technology and platform markets. She advises clients on antitrust investigations and on matters under the EU Digital Markets Act and the UK Digital Markets Competition and Consumers Act – spanning app stores, operating systems, AI, general search and connected TVs. She has also worked on litigation concerning ad tech and privacy frameworks, and several digital infrastructure mergers. Beyond tech, her sector experience includes payments and media.
Prior to joining Keystone, Francesca was a Product Strategy Lead at Meta, where she assessed the impact of technology regulation on competitor strategies and new product opportunities. She was previously an economic consultant advising on competition matters focused on online marketplaces, digital advertising, business messaging and music streaming.
Her in-house experience enables her to approach regulatory issues through a strategic, client-focused lens. An interest in the broader implications of technology ecosystems has been a constant throughout her career, which feels increasingly relevant as new challenges emerge.
Francesca holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics from Bocconi University, with a concentration in Industrial Organisation, Competition Policy and Microeconometrics. She received the Bocconi Graduate Merit Award Scholarship in recognition of academic excellence.
Outside work, Francesca enjoys hosting dinner parties, making the most of London’s classical music scene and chipping away at her ever growing restaurant bucket list.
