Evan Sexton

Evan is a Senior Associate at Keystone based in the Seattle office. He joined the firm in 2026 after receiving his MPA from Brown University. Building on his B.S. in Economics from the University of Washington, Evan spent his time at Brown focused on econometrics and research methods, holding Research Assistant positions at the intersection of Economics and Public Affairs. Prior to graduate school, Evan worked on the External Affairs team at Plymouth Housing, a nonprofit developer of housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, and interned at the Washington State Legislature. At Keystone, Evan is excited to tackle important economic questions surrounding emerging technologies.

Outside of work, Evan keeps active running, hiking, and playing soccer. He relaxes by reading, spending time with friends and family, or riding his bike.
