Christian Keane

Chief Financial Officer

Christian leads Keystone’s Finance center of excellence, overseeing budgeting, planning, and reporting. He also partners with Keystone leadership to accelerate the company’s revenue and profit growth.

Christian joins Keystone with more than two decades of experience leading finance and operations at large, complex organizations. Most recently, he served as Deputy CFO and Head of Strategy & Operations at Gartner Inc., where he oversaw the firm’s corporate strategy, capital markets activity, and treasury and M&A functions. He has also been involved in significant M&A deals throughout his career, including Gartner’s $3.5 billion acquisition of Corporate Executive Board, Nokia’s $2.6 billion acquisition of Siemens’ stake in Nokia Siemens Networks and Nokia’s $7.2 billion divestiture of its mobile phone business to Microsoft.

Christian is a former investment banker at Morgan Stanley, and began his career at AT&T in corporate finance. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
