Caroline Scala
Office Manager & Sr. Executive Assistant
Caroline Scala is Keystone’s Office Manager & Senior Executive Assistant. She joined the firm after working on the operations team of a Greater Boston technology company, following her relocation from New York to Boston in 2021.
Caroline earned a B.S. in Animal Science & Technology from the University of Rhode Island and completed her MBA at St. Thomas Aquinas College. She has veterinary experience in both general practice and emergency medicine and has also worked in research for a preclinical cardiovascular foundation.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and reading new books.
