Aaron Hacker

Sr. Associate

Aaron joined Keystone in 2026 as a Senior Associate in New York. Prior to joining Keystone, he was an Analyst at the Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund, a $500 million venture capital fund, where he evaluated portfolio companies across growth stages and sectors. He also interned at Fraunhofer, Germany's largest applied research institute (75+ global centers), contributing to the development of the EU Health Data Space and analyzing clinical screening data for a novel COVID plasma treatment. Aaron's academic work focuses on data not only as a methodological tool but also as a social and governance phenomenon. His research explores the relationship between data-driven state capacity and governance effectiveness.

Outside of work, Aaron is passionate about sport, design, foreign languages, and charity work. He spent a summer teaching beekeeping in Benin, led roundtable discussions with global cultural figures in Paris, has lived in seven countries, and speaks German and French fluently.
